This program will you become stronger on the bike, ride harder, push longer when racing Motocross!
Training is going to be 2-3 days a week.
You will need, a road bike / mountain bike / spin bike, access to a typical box gym.
We introduce barbell and Dumbbell's in the level, looking to increasing your overall strength, balance and output.
Each workout will be about 1.25-1.5 hours in length.
It is important in this stage of your career to build a good basis of strength, core stability and start working on your aerobic base.
Form is critical, never sacrifice form for weight!
